We are seeking a passionate and highly organized Sales Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

  1. Sales Strategy & Business Development
  • Develop and implement business plans and sales targets to achieve revenue goals.
  • Conduct periodic and ad-hoc market research, analyze competitors, and propose strategic improvements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to enhance sales performance.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and solutions to the Board of Directors regarding business operations.
  1. Sales Operations & Performance Management
  • Oversee and manage the Sales Department, ensuring optimal resource allocation and operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement sales programs, incentive plans, and promotional policies.
  • Optimize sales processes, workflow, and CRM systems for better efficiency and customer experience.
  • Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, ensuring achievement of business goals.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical business practices.
  1. Team Management & Training
  • Recruit, train, and develop the sales team to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Organize regular training sessions to improve team skills in negotiation, customer service, and sales techniques.
  • Encourage collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer service teams to maximize business impact.
  1. Customer Relationship & Market Expansion
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to develop market strategies, enhance product offerings, and improve customer care.
  • Coordinate and participate in corporate networking events and company-hosted activities.
  • Develop long-term client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer concerns, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
  1. Reporting & Risk Management
  • Compile, analyze, evaluate, and prepare detailed business and sales reports.
  • Identify and mitigate potential business risks, addressing challenges proactively.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Job Requirements:

  • Male/Female with a professional appearance and excellent communication skills. Proficient in English communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, or Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or event and wedding venues.
  • Strong leadership, management, training, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and diplomatic skills.
  • Well-established professional relationships, particularly with corporate clients.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team, with a high capacity to handle work pressure.
  • Proficient in office software and business-related applications.
